Makes Four 8-Inch Waffles

Ingredients:

Three quarters cup of whole-wheat flour

Half teaspoon of baking powder

Quarter cup of cornstarch

One teaspoon of sugar

One teaspoon of baking soda

Single serving of milk (You can include around an extra quarter cup if necessary)

Quarter teaspoon of salt

Quarter cup of oil

One egg

One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

One teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

Preheat your waffle iron.

Combine the dry ingredients and blend well.

Add egg, vanilla and milk, then mix well. Add enough liquid so the batter generates a ribbon or mound before it levels off.
